PMI^® Nutrition International makes every effort to ensure LabDiet^® products are distributed in a way which meets customers' expectations. Certified LabDiet^® Dealers are carefully selected by PMI^® Nutrition International to be part of our specialized delivery program. PMI^® Nutrition International trains and educates the Certified Dealers and conducts routine site visit inspections of the dealer facilities. As part of our ISO 9001:2000 program, our sales managers are required to perform a detailed inspection of our Certified Dealers at least once per year.

Our Certified Dealers understand the importance of providing you, our customer, service that meets the demands of the research community. As an example, the trucks used by our Certified Dealers to transport PMI LabDiet^® do not carry materials or live animals that could contaminate your diets and interrupt your research studies.
